Reinsurance is the main instrument of an insurance company for the transfer of the risks, homogenisation and obtaining financial stability risks in order to protect their business and thus the clients and partners.
It consists of partial or total failure of the original warranty risks assumed, by specialized reinsurance companies, thus endowing the company with additional capacity to accept new risks insurance, retaining its own account only the risk you may incur by equity.
